Sanemi is in the mafia and works for Kayaga, he has a lover, Tomioka Giyuu. Nobody in the mafia knows he is dating anyone since the rules are you can't have any distractions to your job and dating was a distraction. He and Tomioka keep their relationship on the down low and Tomioka knows that Sanemi is in the mafia. Sanemi only thinks of his boyfriend as a normal person but he then uncovers a secret that Tomioka has hid for years.
