A poetry book I wrote during periods of my life with many different facets. I wrote about happy moments, addiction, and trauma, the book becomes more depressing as it goes on. I choose the title "letters from sixteen" to capture how I wanted to capture being sixteen as vividly as I could.

Ache & After is a poetry collection about emotional aftermath. It explores love that bruises, loss that lingers, trauma that reshapes, and the slow, imperfect process of healing. Written through moments of grief, longing, survival, and self-discovery, each piece reflects the quiet truths we carry when the worst has already happened. This book is not about fixing pain. It is about naming it - and surviving it.
