This story is about a girl named Rebekah Clayton. she has lived in Utah with her aunt, since the death of her parents. When she finds out that her online class is going on a field trip to London she is ecstatic. Not purely because it's London, but also because she her uncle John, who recently got sent back from Afghanistan, lives there. When she arrives, she attracts the attention of Mycroft Holmes and develops a relationship that nobody saw coming. A/N: I'm warning you now that this is not a romance. I might throw something in, but no promises. I just figured that there are a lot of fanfics in which Sherlock adopts a child, and I haven't found any for Mycroft, and he is one of my favorite characters.
