Autumn x charlotte Charlotte has been working in the nursery for 10 years and married for 11 until recently when she and her husband got divorced, autumn has been working at the nursery just over a year and not shown interest in a relationship until one day she did. Charlotte is a sweet, caring, lovable staff member and autumn is a cold, stern, protective staff member. Charlotte has 50/50 custody of her daughter's with her ex-husband and she has them Monday to Friday, her ex-husband has them Friday to Monday. Autumn is rather kept to herself and doesn't Let anyone know much about her, the only things people know about autumn is her birthday, her age, Reece is her big brother and roger is her father. Charlotte is struggling in silence and nobody notices what is happening in her personal life they all just assume she is still 'happily' married to her ex-husband but the is far from the truth. Autumn takes a certain interest in charlotte and does everything to protect her and keep her safe from any harm which isn't like autumn at all. Charlotte is quite a shy and quiet person but with everything she is going throughout she finding it harder to keep everything under wraps but still nobody notices until autumn eventually does notice but doesnt pry into it as she not one for physical contact or emotions. Autumn and charlotte later on realise that there is something more than just collages between them, autumn then later meets charlotte's daughters as their mum's 'friend' as they don't discuss what they are until eventually autumn asks charlotte out while charlotte's daughter's are at their dads. They end up dating and keeping it to themselves until they are ready to tell people although Carly is the first one to work it out so autumn and charlotte decide it's time to tell people before Carly gossips about it.

Char x Viv charlotte has been divorced from ex-husband for a little over a year and has two girls, her eldest is called jade she is 10, her youngest is Emily she is 5. Charlotte's best friend Marjorie set her up on a blind date who charlotte later finds out is called Vivian and works as a nurse and that she is also a single mum to a little boy. Charlotte has full custody of her daughters but her ex-husband gets supervised visits with them. She later finds out that y Vivian left her ex-husband for a similar situation to hers and that viv's little boy is called Jamie and that he is also 5 and goes to the school as her daughters in the same class as her youngest. Vivian is an old friend of Marjorie's and a single mother working as a nurse. Vivian gets a call from Marjorie saying she wants to set her up with one of her employees and best friend, to which Vivian agrees to. Vivian charlotte get to know each other and later decide to see where things take them. After a few weeks of talking and getting to know each other they develop feelings for each other and start dating.
