AU/Summary: Naomi survives S8 and decides to get revenge on Castiel for destroying everything she had created. Cas is forced to either kill himself, kill Dean, or endure sever pain for twelve hours that simply worsens every half hour. Will Dean be able to help Cas through this, or will he be too late?
