Completed Izuku has always been sick. He was born quirkless and has an undiagnosed illness. He's slowly dying but still seems to smile for everyone. No one knows how or even why he's always seems to be so happy. -This will be sad and have self hatred, talk of depression and anxiety.

When Izuku Midoriya was 7, he was diagnosed with Lung Cancer & he had surgery at age 10. Now 10 years later, the cancer has returned. Izuku has to lean on Katsuki to explain his past & that he is going to die. Note: Katsuki never bullied Izuku. Everything else was as in the manga/anime.

Everything he loved, became everything he lost. Izuku Midoriya learned just how precious life truly was at a young age. He decides to take matters into his own hands by making sure his mother's death wasn't in vain. he's left to become a vigilante. or story where izuku's mom dies in a car crash and izuku is left blind and sick. He decides that if he cant be a hero, he'll be a vigilante This is the story of how Izuku became the greatest hero this world has ever known. It doesn't have to be legal though. Story inspired by daredevil~

And so Izuku did, but instead of dying he got saved by the villains. Izuku is now known to the public as Deku. And for the past 2 years Deku has been the worlds most dangerous and violent villain.
