Guy goes to prestigious high school where everyone has a bf or gf, except the female and male school president. The one rule is that the two presidents can't have relationships with each other. The two presidents treat all couple like royalty but they treat the main character like trash. So MC plans to make two presidents fall for each other by using tactics, psychology and manipulation. When they do fall for each other he'll make them confess their feeling for each other in front of the whole school so they get kicked out of the school council. And the MC becomes school president.
