Wilbur, a recently wealthy Senior with a horrid reputation who is slowly spiraling into insanity due to a lead on his birth parents' death. Both had made a promise to themself, Quackity to fulfill his grudge and Wilbur to protect the one and only true family member he has left. So what happens when both promises include a Freshman by the name of Tommy?
