The Upapandavas, also known as Draupadeyas and Kaarshaneyas, were the five unsung heroes of the Mahabharata. Prativindhya, Aryavart's crowned prince, Sutasoma, the family's guardian, Shatanika, the valiant deputy commander, Shrutasena, the silent yet admired prince, and Shrutakarma, the youngest but bravest archer, faced betrayal and humiliation from their paternal Kaurava relatives. Meanwhile, Satyaki, envious of Prativindhya, plotted to usurp his position in favor of his stepbrother, Abhimanyu, adding to their trials of loyalty and honor.
