Moon, a Daedric Princess, is on a mission. The Scrolls have fortold of a hero. A hero that is most uncommon. A hero with flaw. A hero of the Shadow. The Savior of the Shadowlands; the Savior of Tamriel and the Daedric Planes: The Gailen. Moon needs to find this young man before it's too late, and she's been on that mission for far too long. When she comes across with a thief in a rather uncomfortable and unfortunate situation on the province of High Rock, she establishes that she has found the Gailen, our beloved Hero. Together, they will seek the Daedric Lords' favor and blessings. Also, they will encounter with potential allies and powerful enemies that they must handle with utmost care. But a strange and unwelcome feeling overcomes our Gailen. A feeling that will have grave consequences. Madness is winning, the Shadow is being overwhelmed by the Maddening Light. They must continue the fight and survive their journey to the Twilight Sepulcher; they must press on until the Final Battle seals their fate. Love is on the rise in the depths of the Shadow.

"Tell us a story, Stormie!" shouts a cub. "Yeah, tell us one!" insists another. "Okay okay," says Stormie. All the Khajiit cubs scoot closer to hear a well-known story. "It started when I came here to Cyrodiil from Elsweyr..."

Helvia Abgrall, a naïve and restless young Breton farm girl, leaves her comfortable and uneventful life at her family's farmstead in High Rock in hopes of attending Skyrim's College of Winterhold, as she longs to learn more about magic and how to use it, as well as to improve upon her own natural aptitude. However, she's anything but prepared for the journey that lies ahead of her. She's inexperienced, clueless, nearly incapable of fending for herself, and her lack of common sense is almost unreal. However, she's determined to make a better life for herself than the one she had before, and her resolve alone might just be enough to help her reach her goal. Well, that is, if things were going in her favor to begin with. There is another force that seeks to divert her path to a less pleasant venue, and it is far stronger than she is. In order to keep herself from losing sight of why she even left home in the first place, she'll have to stay ahead of a surprisingly powerful, on-the-rise faction in a foreign land - and she won't be able to do that alone. This aspiring mage will travel alongside pickpockets and pariahs, mercenaries and monarchs, and many more intriguing inhabitants of the province of Skyrim on the way to achieving her dream - and, just maybe, she'll befriend a few of them along the way way. But her path will not be an easy one - at least, not the one that she's hoping to take. She will have to make sacrifices and learn to adapt to unfavorable outcomes, and, in the end, she may learn that following her dreams might not be in her best interest.

A collection of several short stories that come to my mind. The contents of this book of tales include (but are not limited to): Character backstories, non-Mage story arc character appearances, utter ridiculousness, and perhaps even previews of works yet to come, as well as the occasional character interview. (Better summary later; this is all I've got for now.)

An epic tale about an adventure in Skyrim, along with a little romance... and possibly the destruction of Skyrim, but I hope not... WARNING! Spoilers!
