Ebonypaw's injuries have healed from the horrible attack at the burnt sycamore and has continued her training under the apprenticeship of Bloodfur. But the memories of the past haunt her, and she continues to struggle with the loss of her brother, Flintpaw. Ebonypaw must move on from the past and believe that she can become a great warrior.

Will fate ever loosen its grip around her neck, getting tighter and tighter, as darkness engulfs her, draining her strength, until..nothingness. What did she do to deserve all this sorrow? I guess only time will unravel the truth as Amber Flame begins the greatest journey that she will ever face. Life.
