My back and head are brutally pressed into a gigantic boulder; I scramble for purchase with my talons as he holds me by my horns and studies me with his head slightly cocked, a light scowl on his face. I growl and he instantly grips my neck hard and cuts off my airway. I raise my lips in a silent snarl, I have to remain strong until help arrives. "What makes you think you have a chance hatchling?," he breaths in my ear with a taunting seductive tone in his voice. "No one is coming to help you, its just me and you," he purrs loudly. My snarl shifts into a toothy grin "Good, then I don't have to hold back any longer." Ghost is a legend in the crime world; until the perfect deal goes horribly wrong. She must fight for survival against everything that goes bumping in the night. Will she be a pawn in a dark rising world or will she learn to reign?
