Once Patty refused help from her best friends with her drug and alcohol problem. Dean, Seth, Roman decided kidnapping her would best help her with her drug and alcohol abuse. While there, they are fighting among each other, and confessing love for each other, then 3 new visitors come along, and make it worse. Cheating and arguing and lots of regrets happens. How are they going to get along once the truth comes out and no one trusts each other. Later down the road, Dean picks up his own abuse, and also brings out his anger and drinking again, and loses his friends, and almost his life.
