Klaus wakes up in the middle of a field surrounded by bodies. Klaus places a hand over their heart and feels the Gilbert watch. A low ringing could be heard coming from it. Klaus shakes their hands when he sees the black cracks, their shoulders dropping as sobs wrack through their body in waves, their mouth open to breath in short fast breathes, chest heaving as they bring their trembling hands to touch the nearest body. "Don't be dead," Klaus stutters out through sobs, shaking the body rapidly, "please?" Slow updates with long chapters SEASON ONE- atm
