Puis vient le Docteur sous sa nouvelle régénération et sa compagne de voyage. Ils parcoururent l'espace et le temps à bord de son vaisseau, le TARDIS, réglant toute sorte de problèmes, combattant des monstres tous plus hideux les uns que les autres, et sauvant au passage la Terre à plusieurs reprises.
