She was just tired of never fitting in. She was well trained. Bruce had trained her, but her father would not allow her to be a hero. There is no ladybug or any superheroes(I mean Paris heroes)but there is Lila and marinette had a crush on Adrian. Marinette is from krypton but when the planet was destroyed she get sent into a black hole until she finally came to earth only to have superman already protecting the world whilst she was still a baby.
