In a New York Sorority House, 1967, Ellen Slater gives birth to a son. But, when the doctor arrives, she loses it.
As she drifts off into insanity, she continues looking after the new Sisters for the next 16 years.
Then, in 1983, a group of girls plays a prank on her...which results in her death. As they keep quiet...and attend a party, a killer arrives to kill them off one by one, as revenge.
