When the siren threat was coming to an end, the newly created Kan-Sen were still very young and early, the ships they possed were the top of their respective navies at the time, but the threat was seemingly defeated. Years later many of them were aleready gone, only a few surviving and even then, their only jobs being to teach the new girls the basics as they didn't even have the abilities to teach the new stuff

The world is already at war but not in the Pacific, yet as everyone knows, be it because they are going to be on the defensive or they are the ones on the offensive. The different navies are moving their fleets and ships around different stations and bases, hoping to be the ones with the advantage once the declarations are given out. But just as it happened decades ago, this theatre will start without a declaration, And lives of many different ships are going to be extinguished with their eyes only seeing a massacre and a clear defeat (I'm hoping for this story to be short so i can learn how to write such a story, don't expect many chapters but maybe i will finally end a story with an ending)

This story follows adventures of a ship that although launched was never commissioned as work stopped when it was at 95% finished. After the defeat of the High Seas fleet, the nation was left humiliated and effectively disarmed, what little ships they were allowed to keep/built could not be called "Battleships" of the same era. But as years went by and new international problems erupted the once defeated navy was once again allowed to sail proudly thru the seas, as new and improved ships were commissioned and later Azured thanks to other nations as the nation didn't get natural Bulins or Wisdom cubes

Be it a change in the terms of the diffrent naval treaties or maybe the state of the hull at the time of decision making, somehow instead of making only two the US Navy makes 3 Lexington class Carriers, Which was just as good as the commander in charge of the carrier was crazy enough to go with a plan to predictably ended with the loss of the first US Navy carrier... but it didn't change the course of the war at all, not in this world at least.

The Washington Naval treaty and all the following ones made the creation of warships quite tricky for many of the Major powers, ships that were only made because of the varius displacment limits that were forced to sacrafice one thin or another, USS Wasp that didn't have adequate protection, KMS Bismarck that never was built to 100% because it would be to heavy, The royal Navy town class that had to be canibilize some components if they wanted to fit anything new on it. Japanese Imperial Navy that tried to make a extrenly light Carrier that failed and resulted in a ship similar to USS Wasp, regia marina that just cheated and created heavier cruisers... and there were even more Projects, prototypes and one off ships that were never completed due to it... but after the appearence of the Kansen and the abolishemnt of the Treaty systems some navies realized somethings... they couldn't Azure/Awaken more ships of a class which led them to their old designs and this sparked the creation of the varius "Priority Research" or "Paper Ships" that sometimes were a lot stronger than other and sometimes just Average...
