In a far off kingdom there is a king who has fourteen nephews that will one day take over the kingdom together. One day one of the nephews finds a hurt fox cub and wants to nurse it back to health. This calls for them to visit the "witch of the forest" for help. What happens when they find out the "witch" is a young woman who has some mysterious bruises on her arms and looks like she is near starving? What are the mysterious noises coming from her cabin? Why does she seem so scared to meet the royal princes and who is she? Why do all fourteen princes feel so connected to her and what is this legend their uncle, the king, is talking about?
