Hunter could never shake the pain that settled in his chest every time Gus purposely avoided him. When he would enter a room and Gus would leave with few to no words. Or when the younger witch refused to meet his eyes. The blond had been trying to spend time with him, talk to him. He'd done everything in his power to get Gus to stop treating him this way. Hunter didn't know why, what had he done wrong. He stopped again staring down at his hands. "It's different for me." Luz lowered her hand and just sat staring sympathetically at the other. "You have Amity." He whispered. "And Willow and Hunter... those two are the only ones too oblivious to see it. I don't have anyone like that here, but..." He grew quiet again.
