Kion proudly stood up on the rock as the animals of the Tree of Life, a place animals go for healing, cheered for their new king and queen. "They don't love you." a voice said. "Huh," Kion responded, "what did you say, Rani?" Rani, the new queen and Kion's mate, replied, "I said, 'they love you.' I think you will make a great king." "Oh, thanks. I appreciate that." Kion replied. Kion stared back at the cheering animals and smiled. But the smile quickly faded away when he saw fire everywhere and dead animals in front of him. His friends... dead. His family... dead. Everyone he loved was dead; Kion glanced over at Rani to see her all bloody. Her eye was bruised with a dark purple and black color showing and swelling; her body shredded from a viscous animal. "How could you do this?" her voice was raspy with sorrow in her voice. Kion was panicking, his breath was heavy, and his heart pounded. He quickly rubbed his eyes and looked up, everything was back to normal with animals smiling and cheering. Kion thought that he was just nervous being a king for the first time in his life and he needs to calm down. But he couldn't figure out why he had that vision. But this was just the beginning of pain, sorrow, misery, and a chaotic life because Kion was losing his mind. I DO NOT OWN THE LION GUARD! There are six kingdoms. The Pridelands, Sun Pride, Jungle Pride, Baylands, Starlight Pride, and the Tree Of Life. They have all been at war for years, and Simba was tired of it. He wanted them all to have peace, but he didn't know what to do. Kion, his second born and leader of the Lion Guard offered to go to each kingdom and invite them to the Pridelands to discuss the peace treaty. Simba agreed. Kion and the Lion Guard start their journey to the kingdoms. (Kion does not have his scar yet in this story) Read to find out more. This story takes place after Kion returns to the pridelands, he is in love with Rani and returns. But Kiara is jealous of Kion becoming king before she becomes queen. And she will try her absolute best to break up Kion and Rani. And starts to feel guilty about it, and after that they have a good life.

*Kion and Rani have never met in this story* Kion is the son of Simba and Nala, King and Queen of The Pridelands. Kion is always depressed. Nobody knows why, including his best friend Bunga. Until one day, while trying to save his friend, Kion is seriously injured. Everyone thinks he died. But he survived. He knew he had to tell his family he was still alive. So, Kion walks back to Pride Rock, but while crossing a river, he accidentally loses his balance, and tumbles into the river, carrying him farther from his home. Soon, Kion washes up in the middle of nowhere. Trying to get back to his family, Kion stumbles upon a hurt lioness while on his journey back to the Pride Rock. Her name is Rani. She told Kion about her tragic past, and so Kion asks Rani to join him in his journey back to Pride Rock. She agrees. During the time they ventured together, he soon began to have feelings for her. They escape near death multiple times, meet new friends, and make new enemies. But through it all, Kion and Rani soon to start developing feelings for one another. Part 1 Completed!
