The greatest mystery of the centuries has not been about the Da Vinci Code. Nor has it been about the stars above or what lies beyond. It has been the ability and creation of the human mind. The way it dictates pain and love; the way it turns scribbles into letters and letters into words; the capacity of a memory. It has been man's greatest mystery.
However, what comes with an impossible question, is an ignorant man who believes he holds all the answers, one who thinks he can explain the purpose of a life and, therefore, decide the value of one. In lesser words, a man who plays god.
Bianca Pure was raised on stories of this man, the man without a name or face that seemed to live forever. She loved them; clung to every word her mother told her of this Ignorant Man. It filled her with hope somehow, that a man with all the knowledge in the world who truly had nothing. Now grown and not so believing in fairy tails, Bianca finds her old journal, riddled with childish writings and scribbles, the stories of the Ignorant Man. In passing, Bianca puts the book on her shelf and called it a coincidence that she would find it on her desk. She continued her mediocre life of a bare minimum paid job and a smaller-than-possible apartment.
But the universe doesn't choose people at random. Bianca finds that her life is about to change, and maybe not for the better. But then again, she doesn't have a choice.
