This fanfic is going to take place after the season 4 finale, although the last few unfortunate minutes will be changed. SPOILERS!!! For anyone that hasn't yet watched the last episode of season 4, Villanelle met her inevitable end. Let's be honest, any die-hard fan of the show knew it was always going to happen, we just weren't sure who was going to take the final blow. While the ending is sad and left me feeling as if I had a psychopath-shaped void inside, I wished that it hadn't happened but I still loved how they wrapped up the show. Chapter 1 is going to start from the very end of S4 EP8, bullets and all but I'm going to try and bring our favorite assassin back from the brink of death.
