18 year old Vance Hopper was super into rock, metal, and all that kind of music. Concerts always gave him a kick of energy, but after a while he wanted more, and his girlfriend was no help. She was plain, kinda boring, and was a goody-two shoes like Bruce. Bruce feels disgusted by himself after the Grabber touched him. [The kids that were kidnapped before Finney weren't killed, just locked in a room with connection to the black phone in Finney's room. They helped Finney kill the Grabber the way they did in the movie and then got rescued. In that time the 'dead' boys became friends and hung out, including Finney in their group.]

In which Vance is an out of place person, like usual.
