(Y/N) (L/N), the descendant of a former worker at Playtime Co, is severely regretting opening their dead grandfather's mailbox and deciding to come look for those trapped souls referred to by a mysterious letter. When they overhear an exchange between Mommy and Bunzo and inadvertedly save the rabbit's life through sheer nosiness, he decides to repay the favor by adhering to their side like the world's noisiest little leech. An unlikely friendship is formed, a matriarch is toppled and a multitude of secrets are uncovered in the collapsed toy empire. (In a nutshell: Poppy Playtime, but if (Y/N) was more compassionate than sensible and Bunzo had a personality beyond that of a murderous Jolly Chimp.)
