This is the sequel to Winning Big, which is my story about Emily on her sin to win the weekend. I tried to do a little play on words with the title. Idk if it works. Emily x Reader (she/her) that is told in your pov and takes place in late season five and early season 6. You will get to go on many adventures and excursions while secretly fooling around the one and only Emily Prentiss. There will be lots of fun, lots of cases, and maybe a little drama... This is 1/2 part of what I'm working on. It's kind of a haters to lovers type vibe, so there will be more of a slow burn angsty tension rather than straight up smut :) While I was writing the 50th chapter. I found a better way to describe this version of Y/N and Emily Prentiss: A self destructive drug addict with a traumatic past meets a somewhat patient federal agent... So, there will be a lot of substance usage in this story.. And it'll probably be somewhat toxic because I'm definitely not promoting substance abuse. Y/N is a total mess. After surviving an abusive relationship with the son of a mob boss who made her do some horrible things, she's been stuck in a downward spiral of anger, guilt, and self-destruction. Losing her dad a few days after her escape only made herangrier. She's selfish and a coward, always trying to protect herself. (Spoiler alert: she's not great at lying, but she keeps trying anyway.) **Trigger Warnings** Substance Abuse: alcohol, lots of drugs. Domestic Abuse: Mentions of Y/N's toxic and abusive relationship.
