The mumbles and mean comments about him and his daughter consumed his mind and hearing. He immediately rushed to her side wrapping her in a tight and comforting hug as both shunned the world. He picked her up both still hugging bringing her with him to his tower and not letting her suffer alone like he did when he was young. She understood her papá and she wasn't mad he left she was just.... sad. She was grateful to have had him in her life and for the goodbye she received. It had been a few months and since she never talked about ,,him,, they all assumed she forgot about him. That led to everybody pretending that Julieta and Agustín are her parents and Isabela and Luisa her Hermanas. It hurt her to call them Máma and Papá. Bruno saw how it hurt her and wanted nothing more than to envelop her in a hug and comfort her and reassure her and tell her how much he loved her. He is really glad, proud, and a bit shocked that she didn't forget him tho that's his daughter for yall. I decided to write this story since I kept watching the movie, Encanto over and over again. This story happens 2 months after the film. The magic is restored, the miracle is back, Bruno is still with the family and he is no longer villainized by the community. All the Madrigals have their gifts back, well except Mirabel. Now the Madrigals are even more busy with all the people they need to serve. But Mirabel is still reminded that she is the only Madrigal without a gift. This deeply hurts her, but her family doesn't notice since they are all to busy. Soon , some of the family members forget what happened between her and them and they begin to treat her like they did before the film, like she was a baby. They have even forgotten everything she has done for them, the only thing they do recall is her bring the magic back. But they don't give her enough credit. The only one who notices the pain Mirabel is in is Casita. Casita is saddened and angry that everyone in the family is ignoring Mirabel, so Casita uses a special magic from the miracle to show the entire family the movie, along with a heartbreaking secret from Mirabel's past. The Madrigal's Casita will give them a proper perspective. I hope... I don't own any of the characters or songs in the story, I only own the idea of the story.
