She says him & Callie aren't related & doesn't see why they couldn't have a relationship if they didn't live under the same roof. She says that the apartment will be empty all afternoon & he can have Callie over. A few minutes later in the episode at school, Brandon asks Callie to come over, saying that he wants her to listen to his piece. Later, we see Brandon practicing the song he wrote for Callie (Outlaws/Callie's Song) in the apartment. He then gets a text from Callie saying that she can't come & she would explain later. She can't come because she helps Wyatt find somewhere to stay because he was living in his car, that got towed. Later in the episode at the Winter Ball, Brandon is upset that Callie couldn't come and was instead with Wyatt & confesses that he is still in love with her. Then a whole bunch of Vico/crowning queen & king/fake id situation drama unfolds.
