In a world of quirks, there's many types of people out there, but what everyone doesn't know is that there is an underlying presence with artifacts older than civilization itself. These artifacts have interacted with humanity with them none the wiser, causing the breakout in the first place. Everyone calls them a Quirk, but what they really are from are the Powers of Chaos itself.

Almost two years have passed since the whole mess with Shigaraki. The friendship Izuku used to have with Uraraka and Iida have long since shrunk to a sliver of what they used to be. Instead of them hanging out almost daily with no separation, they now barely see each other in the halls. His patrols take up all of his time leaving him exhausted and emotionally unaware of all that's happening around him. Two new faces have taken to his side after the war, one of them more adamant about his well being than even he is. How will this play out?
