Lando is preparing for his first season in F1. McLaren hires him a PR manager Amelia, she is Max's half-sister. They are the same age. Because her mum had a short affair with Max's dad during the same time Max's mother was expecting him. Amelia was 26 days older then Max. She had a good connection with her half-brother, but not really with her father. But that's another story :D. Amelia and Lando really got along well.
