Ser Desmond Tyrell was born a rose. He chose to become a sword. At seventeen, the Knight of Thorns stands among the three greatest blades in Westeros. Betrothed to Princess Myrcella Baratheon and sworn to protect her, Desmond moves through King's Landing as both lion and rose a Tyrell bound to the Iron Throne. But Desmond carries a secret no court whisper knows. Since childhood, he has dreamed of a frozen Westeros. Of banners swallowed in white mist. Of Highgarden buried beneath snow. Of his family dead beneath ice. The dreams come fragmented. Fleeting. Gone before dawn. Yet they feel real. As the War of the Five Kings ignites and loyalties fracture, Desmond must navigate politics, prophecy, and passion siding with lions while his own house gambles on stags, loving a princess who sees him as the perfect knight while he prepares for a war no one else believes is coming. Tournaments will forge his name. War will test his honor. Winter will demand his life. This is not the story of a king. It is the story of the greatest knight who ever lived and the war that made him immortal. (Disclaimer This is a fan fiction based on A Song of Ice and Fire and Game of Thrones. All recognizable characters, settings, and elements belong to George R. R. Martin and HBO. I do not own them. I only own my original character, Ser Desmond Tyrell, and any original story elements created for this work. This story is intended for mature readers and contains violence, war themes, political intrigue, and adult situations.)

Alright, here's the tale. We all know that story about the Dance of the Dragon, and how Aegon and Rhaenyra fought each other to sit on the iron throne. However, in this book, there is another candidate for the Iron Throne. In this story, Daemon and Rhae Royce have a son named Rhaenor. He was different than most people, he was a prodigy at swordsmanship, smart in politics, and well-liked by all. However, despite everything; the relationship with his parents was tense as both Daemon and Rhae would try and mold him into their image. But he refused to follow their way and decided to become his own person. While he did love his parents the relationship he had with them began to strain when he was ten. His mother and the Vale lords tried to betrothed him to Lady Jeyne Arryn, however, Rhaenor refused the betrothed and went with Daemon to the capital. Rhaenor would spend most of his time in King's Landing, where he became friends with his cousin Rhaenyra and her friend Alicent Hightower. During 112AC, King Viserys, who was unable to produce an heir of his own, decided to name his nephew Daemon's son Rhaenor Targaryen as his heir. Something that surprised everyone, including both Daemon and Rhaenyra. When Rhaenor asked Viserys why he was chosen to be heir to the throne, Viserys stated that Rhaenor was the only person in the kingdom he could trust to be honest with him. While he was Daemon's son he knew that he was different from both his parents combined.

There isn't much could be said about The First Men In the history of The Seven Kingdoms. All the histories says they came way before a dragon ever graced the shores of Dragonstone. They were a powerful people who used nature magic and harnessed it's power way before Valyria discovered their poor excuse of magic. Over the centuries their bloodline slowly began to die out. The only pure bloodline left of The First Men was House Wolfheart, their sigil is a wolf head howling at the moon behind it with a greatsword under it's neck and the background was blue. House Wolfheart has been in the North way before the Starks and has a village and keep older then even Dragonstone. Only one heir to Wolfhaven is left. Lord Andrew II Wolfheart, he lost his parents in Roberts Rebellion. They fought for The Last Dragon and was cut down by Robert and Stanis Baratheon. To spare their only son they were forced to bend the knee to Robert before he and Stanis beheaded them in front of their son as a warning to never cross him. Years later Andrew is now 9 and 10 when he was invited to Winterfell by The Usurper himself. What could possibly go wrong? Welcome To A Game Of Wolves And Thrones!

Despised by his stepmother, hated by his younger brother Joffrey, and loved only by few, Torrhen stands alone in King's Landing heir to a fractured kingdom. Wielding Robert's warhammer and a Stark's will of iron, he must navigate a court of vipers, survive the schemes of Cersei Lannister, and claim the crown meant for him. But as whispers of prophecy echo through the realm, some say this prince is more than just his father's heir. Some call him the King That Was Promised. He was born in fire and hunger, during the long siege of Storm's End, and hardship has been his shadow ever since. Now sixteen, he is the only son of Stannis Baratheon, Lord of Dragonstone and claimant to the Iron Throne. From the moment of his birth, he has carried the burden of duty, raised beneath his father's stern gaze and within the shadow of Robert's reckless legacy. To the lords of Westeros, he is not merely a boy, but the embodiment of House Baratheon's future-a living heir forged in fire, discipline, and the unyielding justice Stannis demands. Yet within the cold stone halls of Dragonstone, doubt gnaws at him. The weight of expectation presses heavily, leaving him to wonder whether he is destined to become his father's steel or his uncle's storm. He has never known Robert's laughter nor Renly's charm, only the austere lessons of a man who gives little and demands much. As war consumes the realm and kings rise only to fall, his path remains unwritten. Loyalty, power, and fire will shape his fate-and in the chaos of the Seven Kingdoms, even the son of Stannis Baratheon may decide the course of a realm.

At his birth, Jon Snow was never meant to be a bastard. Named Daeron Targaryen by his dying mother, he should have grown up knowing his destiny. Instead, the truth was buried-along with something far more dangerous. On the same night Daeron entered the world, the three dragon eggs meant for Princess Daenerys cracked open. Their hatchlings were secretly carried by Ned Stark beyond the Wall, where they grew wild, fierce, and unbound by chains or cages. At nine years old, Daeron's first dragon dream shatters the lie he has lived. Visions of Rhaegar and Lyanna reveal the truth of his parentage. Drawn to the crypts of Winterfell, he uncovers three dormant eggs from Vermax's lineage-and a hidden chest behind his mother's statue. Inside lie Rhaegar's silver harp, intimate letters between his parents, and the legendary blade Dark Sister. With dragons awakening across the world and the weight of a legacy he can no longer ignore, Daeron realizes he cannot remain in Winterfell. His destiny lies in fire, blood, and the reclaimed birthright of a Targaryen.

When Robert's Rebellion is won, the songs tell of loyalty, friendship, and the fall of a tyrant. But in the cold North, the truth runs deeper than southern lies. Eddard Stark has learned that his sister, Lyanna, was not stolen by Rhaegar Targaryen-she fled Winterfell of her own will. Benjen Stark himself helped her escape, long before war and madness consumed the realm. And when Eddard finally reaches the Tower of Joy, he finds not a kidnapped girl but a dying woman-cradling a child born of love, not violence. Shattered by grief and betrayal, Ned turns his back on the oaths he swore in the Vale. He no longer believes in the honor taught by Jon Arryn, nor in the southern crowns that burn men for pride. He remembers instead the ways of the Kings of Winter, the ancient Stark lords who ruled when the First Men still walked among the gods. When he rides south no longer as a friend of Robert Baratheon but as a conqueror of his own will, the North rises behind him. The bannermen of the old blood answer his call-not for Robert's Iron Throne, but for Northern freedom. For the first time in three hundred years, the direwolf howls not as a servant of dragons or usurpers, but as a king reborn. Ned Stark returns from the Tower of Joy with three royal Kingsguard in chains, a sister's body wrapped in silence, and a child whose name must never be spoken: Aegon Targaryen, known to the world as Jon Snow. In Winterfell, secrets freeze harder than ice, and every choice is paid in blood. As the South descends into chaos and old powers stir beyond the Wall, the North stands alone once more-ancient, proud, and unbending. In this world, the wolf does not kneel. The wolf remembers. And Winter comes for the Iron Throne.
