It tackles about LGBTQI+'s Professional Rights and Protection in the workplace, the struggles and judgement they have to face from the heteronormative and homophobic society, protection for LGBT's children against bullying and discrimination, acceptance within members of the family and issues that are currently debated such as same-sex marriage & civil union. Other subjects such as work ethics, harassment, teenage pregnancy, alcoholism, crime, business management, environmental protection, sustainable livelihood programs as an attempt to fight against poverty, empathy towards people with disability, financial literacy and degree-based employment discrimination are also included.
