Brandon and Troy are two ordinary kids. Brandon, a loner, who dreams of one day being accepted into the social world, and Troy, Brandon's friend supporting him by every turn. Things get strange when they get sucked into the world of Panty and Stocking (we can't forget Garterbelt!). Along the way, Brandon and Troy realize they are needed more then ever now in this world.
