(Y/n) (l/n) is a normal rich kid who attends school with other rich kids. She meets the Hitachiin twins and decides that she likes them, even if they are messed up. (Y/n) also has to face many challenges with her three siblings Armin, Eren, and Mikasa. Armin is prone to illnesses and has a lot of medication. Eren keeps getting into fights with an older kid in school who goes by the name of Levi. And Mikasa has to fight to protect both Eren and Armin. She also is reunited with her older brother Tamaki. (Y/n)'s life is turned upside down as soon as the twins inter it. Will it ever be the same again?

(Y/n) has always attended Ouran. Her grades were always close to the top, and her status wasn't half bad either. She wasn't popular, not too well known, and liked to stick to herself and not stand out. Her parents are the infamous (l/n's), though a small dark secret hides behind the walls of the (l/n) residence. (Y/n) can hold a fake smile for years, but how long until a certain twin pushes his way into her heart, and sees what's hidden behind that smile?
