She, Scarlette, could give you a list of reasons defending her decision to end her life. She could go on and on about how it isn't fair that her foster family is looked down upon by the community, all because her brother is gay. She could tell you how hard it is to focus in school because of the bullies. She could tell you how much she feels like a burden to her foster family. She could walk right off the edge of her high school's roof, too. But she can't. From his house across the street, high-school drop out Gerard sees her on top of the school. He races over to her, and gives her an ultimatum: step away from the edge, or he'll jump after. How could she be responsible for his death? All he asks for is all of Spring Break, two weeks, to convince her that the world isn't better off without her. That there are so many things for her to live for. As she agrees not to end her life that night and to give him two weeks, she truly begins to live. Even when she's put to the ultimate test.

"It all changed when Vic Fuentes arrived. Everything changed. I found myself opening up to him, I could feel my walls breaking down. How had he done this to me so easily?" Meet Alexis Floyd. She's not exactly your average, all American high school girl. She doesn't have that bubbly, friendly personality, or bleached blonde hair. At Clairemont High, she's basically the social outcast that everybody fears but nobody loves. On the first day of Junior year, though, Clairemont High gets a couple new students, the most important being a certain Mexican boy named Vic. Can Alex's cold exterior be broken down, or will her secrets kill her first? And what about Vic, how long can HIS secrets go unnoticed? & [shitty summary, I know, but it's worth the read. *°W A R N I N G: C A N B E T R I G G E R I N G A T T I M E S°* Features self harm, eating disorders, bullying, psychotic (ex) girlfriends, etc. Somewhat humorous, in a horrible way, and includes lots of band members (such as Jaime Preciado, Vic Fuentes, Tony Perry, Mike Fuentes, Alex Gaskarth, Jack Barakat, Oliver Sykes, Kellin bOSTWICK ((not Quinn, yet..)), Andy Biersack, among others) Written much better than my other stories, at least in my opinion. Enjoy! ~Gavi ]

Max, diagnosed with anorexic and bulimic tendencies, is just beyond excited to finally leave the clutches of his overbearing, overly religious mother and her hateful ways; however, Max isn't given any time to rejoice in his new freedom because he has done little more than trade one prison for another. "Welcome to the Trenton Live-in Clinic," she says, but to Max, he hears, "Welcome to The Skinny Boy House where the skinny boys tell their tales." Within the walls of the clinic, Max finds himself placed in the middle of a group of boys who all share a similar story. Only time will tell if Max will be able to work toward becoming healthy and possibly find love and acceptance; however, with a darkness constantly looming overhead, the threat of succumbing to his illness and losing the battle over his life is all too real.
