Summary: Yagi Toshinori watched the green haired boy walk away after saving his friend and shook his head. While the boy's actions were heroic, he was just too reckless. He walked in the opposite direction, thinking about a time he could meet the candidate Sir Nighteye put forward. Izuku Midoriya goes home and decides that, even if he can't be hero himself, he can still help them with his analysis. Cue Izuku catching the attention of multiple heroes who are a little more open-minded and willing to see the potential in a quirkless kid.

"When I die, I'm gonna haunt the shit outta you." he said, looking down at his ruined notebook. Izuku was just trying not to get in the way. He'd given up his dreams long ago, and was now just trying to finish his education. Why did people have to make that so hard? Until he got sick. His future was gone. It was a miracle he didn't die then and there. But there may still be a way for him to be a hero, just in his own way. The vigilante way. What happens when a certain quirk erasing hero decides to take the teenage delinquent under his wing and help him earn a place in the world before it melted from under his grasp? Kurogiri finds Izuku after he gets beaten up by Bakugo and takes him back to the bar to take care of his wounds. But after a horrible accident, Kurogiri becomes more than a friend to Izuku. He becomes a caretaker to Izuku, leading him to a more safe home in the bar. Which leads Izuku to accept more eccentric family members into his life. Izuku's new family is crazy protective over him.

Then Izuku's voice shifted, to a confident and relaxed drawl. "Anyway, I think I'm done." "Young Midoriya, what do you mean?" "I'm done colouring between the lines, looking the other way and being a good little Deku. I am done with a school that values strength above all, and never considers the value of an analytical mind. I am done with a symbol of peace that believes every problem can be solved by punching it, and doesn't have the caution to think before he crushes the dreams of children.
