Years later, they'll come to face each other again. But at what cost?

It's been 16 years since Tom's fateful decision. Tika is in the care of the Rebellion Base with her two favorite, awesome uncles. She grew up not knowing who her real parents are and her uncles were quick to change the topic every time she brought it up. Even the soldiers around the base knew but wouldn't tell her their names. They only spoke well about one of her parents while they seem annoyed with her other one. The only thing she looks forward to is the blue letters that are sent to the base from her mother. She learns a few things about the rest of her family through them, yet they don't give names. Tika knows she had two older brothers who she's been dying to meet too.
