Going to law school was her dream because her parents were both lawyers and she always looked up to them even if she didn't get the chance to know them. Her dream did come true and she is a lawyer with a multinational law firm based in Mumbai and lives in a flat there which her parents left for her. Devansh Rajput loves to play with fire. Being the eldest son of the king and queen of Udaipur, he is the one who handles all the family business. Trailblazer by actions but a romantic by heart, he believes in love. If the media and paparazzi is to be believed, he is a playboy because he is a prince but the people who really see him, know him as a man of honor, a person with virtues and a family guy. He has always had it easy in life and never really faced struggle but yet, he feels for the underprivileged and runs various charities for them and this is what the media does not know. His best friend and confidante is his younger sister Misha whom he loves to death and she is the one who understands him the most.

" Mumma, I am eighteen right now. I've not even started my college and you want me to get married to man who is six years older! This is not fair." I shouted, exasperated. " Swara, your sister has betrayed all of us and has run away from her own wedding. All the guests are waiting for the bride to come out. You know your grandfather's medical condition . He will not be able to take any shock right now and you if you don't go out, his hard earned reputation will get tainted and he may not be able to absorb this shock." Mumma tried to reason. " What about Aditya....? I call him jiju (brother in law) for god's sake maa!" I exclaimed. " He will be okay with this marriage." Amrita aunty said, entering the room. " Mumma...this is going to spoil three lives." I tried, talking sense. " Swara, beta please do this for both of the families." Aunty said, folding her hands in front of me. " I need to talk to him first." I demaded to which both of them obliged and within next five minutes, my so called jiju was standing in front of me. " I tried to reason out with them. Turns out they did not understand. Didi loves you. I think she must have been forced to take this decision." I said, defending Kritika di. " Forced? Her letter clearly states otherwise." He spoke with so much hatred in his voice. I kept quiet. " Get dressed and come to the mandap (pavilion)" He said and left the room, banging the door on his way. " Thank you so much ganpati bappa (god) for throwing me in this mess." I muttered and without an option, started getting ready. God, what is going to happen with my life now!

" Do not be mistaken little flower, you are mine and mine alone. Any man who looks at you longer than three seconds will be dealt in a manner I find fitting. This is my kingdom and I run it the way I see it competent." Rana Arjun Singh Rajvanshi, the king of Rajasthan announced as he occupied his big, intimidating throne and I stood as far away from his as I possibly could and I shivered under his mocking gaze. " The last time I checked, I was a living human being and not a thing to be possessed Ranaji. You may be the king and own this kingdom and the will of people here but you most certainly don't own me. I will not submit and neither will I do what you want me to. This is my life and I should be the one who makes decisions for myself." I don't know where this undiscovered confidence was coming within me in front of him but I was giving my best to not let it slip away. All I heard was a laughter which oscillated in the otherwise empty throne room as he stood up on his feet and started to walk to where I was standing. His gaze, which was mocking me earlier had now turned stoic which rooted me to the spot I was standing at. I couldn't as much as attempt to run away. " You are only helping me, little one. I am not the one to back out from a challenge and when the incentive is as ravishing as you, how can I lose?" He asked as he stopped merely inches away from me and with the back of his hand, traced the single strand of hair which was framing my face right till my chin, his fingers still lingering. There was a solid 0.001% chance that I could have avoided this trouble named Rana Arjun Singh Rajvanshi but who was I kidding? I was a walking trouble magnet and what was 0.001% if not an over-expecting hope of something not happening? Rana Arjun Singh Rajvanshi takes Siya Dhar's world by storm when she steals his heart without even have the knowledge of doing so!
