Harry just wants to finish school mainly because he can't stand being in the same room as Severus,but that's not because he hates or dislikes Severus. It's actually the opposite. Harry has been in love with Severus for as long as he could remember. No one knows of course not even his friends ,he figures that he will take this secret to his grave but fate has other plans for him and an accident in potions is where they start And a whole lot of Dron I do not own anything in Harry Potter. I own nothing but the plot y'all.

Severus gets sick when he doesn't care for himself after mostly recovering from Nagini's bite, and Harry takes care of him until things flip. Severus doesn't think he'll survive being in love with the boy who has to take him in, feed him and house him, but perhaps the constant torture of being so close to something he can't have will turn out to have benefits after all.
