He was kind to everyone and offered to help the citizens of his dying village. But when he was 8 a hurricane hit his town and swept it away, leaving nothing but a child. The child had somehow managed to survive. The Gods had found him and took him in, giving him the cursed gift of misfortune. Diamond was shunned by the other junior Gods and Goddesses but after a war between all their parents the children slowly accepted Diamond into the group. With close to no Gods left they had to speed up training. Instead of graduating at the age of 25 they would be graduating at 18. Diamond was now 17 and he could hardly wait.
