Beuren Elendil became friend with Thorin of Durin when they were quite young. Their first battle was fought together, their first tragedy was faced together, they found love within one another. But when a fight splits them a part, Beuren will take to the responsibility she was born into, and Thorin will continue on. However, when a certain wizard gets involved, they will find themselves again side by side, fighting to reclaim their stolen homeland. Will they prevail?
