It was after the Cold War and right before America "killed" the ussr. The thing is though Country's can die it is possible you think. But it is not in a lot of cases like the Soviet Union. They became friends and despite all the bad things that happened they managed to get through them together. One day they got in a fight and stopped talking. And many truths were revealed about Russia's past. America tried to save Russia from getting killed by an enemy of his father. Will he make it?
