The ninja have still not yet found their powers, Harumi is struggling to fit in with her new self--as a normal person in Ninjago . After Harumi's death, she finds herself not in the Departed Realm, but what appears to be a mirror dimension of Ninjago. In the Jade City she meets the counterparts of her old foes and a boy going through the exact same experience. Suddenly Harumi is said to be a prophesied "Chosen One" tasked with defeating the ancient Shadow Knight. She and the Ninja decide to embark on a journey to retrieve the fabled Crystal Blade so that Harumi can fulfill her destiny. With voices constantly plaguing Harumi and a certain ninja who won't seem to forgive her, she has her work cut out. But in a bizarre twist of events, her stay with the ninja turns into a trip to a whole new realm. With three acquaintances that can't seem to get along and danger waiting for her at every corner, Harumi expects their escape to be anything but easy. Was this how Harumi Jade expected to spend her Autumn season? Not at all.
