Vance Hopper and Bruce Yamada had always been at odds with each other. They were complete opposites - where Bruce was a friendly well behaved kid and loved by most, Vance on the other hand was short tempered and loathed by almost everyone in town. Finney move there 5 months ago in elementary and only been able to make friends with billy and Bruce.
