Elizabeth Osborn re-explores the hole that left a part of her open. Never feeling completely whole again. The university years she once thought was a fairytale turned to be the darkest hours of her life. The music that used to be so beautiful suddenly became jumbled notes creating a horrible piece. Leaping just from one year to another, she tries to shake the feeling off. Trying to convince herself that Raymond Montgomery deserved whatever happened to him. Does death trump any sin that the victim has ever conflicted to anyone? She thinks so. Seven years later, after trying to subdue the madness that she and her other six so-called 'friends' did, Elizabeth tries to see if they were really able to move on. Or is it slowly eating them alive just like her? Or Maybe, just maybe, Elizabeth has become the ghost of Raymond's past life. Trying to get some peace for herself and for the others involved. The Degree of Dissonance is a story that will make you question your own morals. The one that would bring you a sudden fear of reality. This is what happens when music, obsession, friendship and love takes a twist and ends up drawing blood. The question is, how far does it actually go? --- GENRE: Thriller | Murder Mystery | Dark Romance | Dark Academia DISCLAIMER: I edited the book cover for this story, but I do not claim to own the images as they are from Pinterest. I don't remember much from high school. I found most classes boring aside from history and science. One of my favorite lessons pertained to the sun. My teacher informed us the sun is ten thousand degrees. I tried to picture it but couldn't considering mere hundred degree weather feels like the hottest kind of sweltering. I found comfort in knowing nothing on earth could burn as bright as our neighboring star- until I met the grecophiles that is. They were like planets in a solar system, much larger than earth with an unimaginable gravitation pull. All centered around and shining being who kept them in line. I was intrigued- and into the orbit I fell.

Człowiek i róża mają mało wspólnego?
