The crew boys decided to do a meet up. The were all going to Florida. Karl's boyfriend "had" to go with him.

Karl was an avid fan of romantic tropes, more specifically: the red string of fate. Key word: was. His hopes were lost at the ripe age of 20, accepting the fact that the string might not be real, until he's met someone.

Karl was a tearful disaster after his messy breakup with his ex-fiancés. He couldn't stand this pain anymore, he needed a way out. He needed revenge. The only option he could think of was to do the unthinkable, break out Dream. Dream is equally distressed by his past, eager to move on with his life.
