3 years after the arrival of Jason Todd into Arcadia Bay, the town is a lot safer. The criminals that flocked to it are vanishing day by day, thanks to the Red Hood. But what happens when Jason's own strength is turned against him? Due to mysterious kidnappings, its up to him and and his friends to figure out who is truly to blame here.

Set during and after the events of The Enemy Within, follow Nicolas Mendoza as he gains new abilities and inevitably changes the fate of everything that he holds most dear. (This is more or less a prequel to my final Life is Strange book based off of him and Chris from Captain Spirit/LiS2)
