This book is Part one of Finale. It's been 10 years since Mikoto returned to life and resumed her duties as a Guild Master and Mother to two, and now.. three. Her children are 11 and she is 26, but still looks like a girl just coming out of her teens (which is probably how she'll remain). Nearly all the members of her guild have started families too, and have seen crazy wild things, just like her. However, the established time has come. The Omega Tournament between the strongest fighters in all of reality is beginning, and Elohim has selected Mikoto and 9 other members of her guild to represent her multiverse. But she knows that the end of the prophecy for the Bane of Diablo also lurks within the legendary competition, and she dreads a future in which she might just have to say goodbye to Fairy Tail.. forever... Will she have to end her days with her beloved guild for the good of humanity? Or is there some other way?

Doppel, the Dragon of Inner Darkness.. The resulting 7 dark followers of Ezra.. bear a striking resemblance, to some familiar faces.. Can Fairy Tail defeat the Dark Level 5s? Or will Mikoto succumb to the darkness in her heart?

It's been a year since Natsu and Happy went off on a one year training journey. Mikoto, now married to Touma and one of the 10 Wizard Saints, is busy in her role as Fairy Tail's seventh Guild Master and raising her two children, while also trying to find a way to send the future versions of her children back to their own times. Meanwhile.. as Corruption festers and Diablo still roams the dimensions, more dangerous then ever, a new threat emerges to challenge Fairy Tail. Elohim.. a being more powerful then any Fairy Tail has faced thus far, The God of Battle himself, has come to Earth, seeking to clash with a Dragon Lord he saw in his visions, and if he isn't provided a satisfactory fight, he will assault the planet with 100 years of natural disasters. However, the only Dragon Lord is Natsu, and the one Elohim wants to fight.. is Mikoto.

It's a bright day in Fiore, Gajeel and Levy have just gotten married.. and while the ceremony takes place, Mikoto begins to think about the future of her relationship with Touma. And the surprises just keep coming when Markarov tells Mikoto he wants her to be the 7th Fairy Tail Guild Master. However.. meanwhile back on the desolate planet of Nebulosos.. The Numensapiens begin to realize that defeating Diablo Etwatia may not be as simple as they have hoped. And to make things even more strange, as Happy to make sure nobody causes trouble on the wedding day, he discovers two young girls by the names of Miyoko and Mirajane Misaka, both claiming to be the daughters of Mikoto and Touma from the future. The threat is not quite gone.. and it seems Urahara might have been building something a little space travel-related in his basement..

It's been 2 months since Mikoto's powers were sealed away.. Mikoto has been confined to a wheelchair.. and it is now the day of her 16th birthday. She has never felt more useless.. and though her friends in Fairy Tail do all they can to try and cheer her up.. there is no escaping the terrible feeling of being powerless to protect her friends.. Then.. six mysterious beings appear in Academy City, calling themselves the Lost Ones. 3 of them, are beings called Quincies... 2 of them are magicians.. and one is a Level 5 esper long forgotten. They seem to have a vested interest in helping to restore Mikoto's lost powers... however, what do they have to gain from helping her? There is something more to this.. and like it or not.. Mikoto has once again sunken into a battle that she might not come out of...

The Final Brawl is here. With the return of the Original Multiverse, Mikoto is now trying desperately to escape Hueco Mundo and return to Academy City, where the final battle is to take place.. Meanwhile, the Gotei 13, Official Guilds, and all manner of magic users, espers, hollows, and Arrancar, have gathered in Academy City for the final battle as Asgawrath in the rage of having his love rejected by Mikoto, moves to strike the Source of Academy City and wipe out planet Earth. As battles rage, and blood rages.. Mikoto's final showdown with Asgawrath draws to a close... but what price will she have to pay for victory?

Asgawrath's Rule... has been accomplished. He now controls the Lance of Gungnir... Mikoto's 'body' or 'soul' so to speak... And now, everything is gone.. Fairy Tail, Academy City, the entire universe, just like with Othinus when she controlled a Lance, has been destroyed, and not just the universe.. but the entire multiverse. But there is one thing Asgawrath could not destroy... the Numensapiens... and the only way he can fully control the lance.. and extend his rule to the rest of the Omegaverse, is to enlist Mikoto's full cooperation.. to break her spirit, and make her his.. forever.. He has created a new universe now... in an attempt to do what Othinus once attempted on Touma Kamijou... to break Mikoto's spirit totally... but there is one certain Fire Dragon Slayer...who could not be destroyed... just like the Numensapiens...and he could be the key to bringing back the real Multiverse.
