This is my first fanfic ever! I wrote this because of my friend who really likes Cedric Diggory. Christine Lakewood is a 3rd year Hufflepuff in Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. With the Valentines Ball two weeks away, and student made Confession Notes being sent around, she can't help but feel really single. Then, her friends dare her to get Cedric Diggory, to go to the Ball with her. Cedric Diggory is a 4th year Hufflepuff in Hogwarts. He currently hates Saint Valentine. Girls and boys alike, all coming up to him in the hopes of going to the Valentines Ball with him; Confession Notes sweeping onto his table from anonymous people. His friends keep teasing him about it, but all he wants is to not be bothered by all of this utter nonsense! Christine's brother's best friend starts tutoring her in Herbology, and little by little, they get to know each other. The only thing is, he's Cedric. Will Christine go through with the bet? Or will their newfound friendship be ruined?
