Juliet Yearwood is a shy girl who, for most of her life, was best friends with Bloom Peters. She and Bloom from the age of 5 were completely inseparable from each other. They both enjoyed the same books, the same clubs, the same classes, etc. They always made sure that their school schedules were the exact same, sometimes having Blooms parents call the school to confirm with the principal. They were practically twins. When Juliet was 12 her parents past away due to a semi-truck crashing into them. Bloom and her family took in Juliet and tried to get Juliet out of the shell that had formed. Juliet panicked during the fire because she thought that her best friend and found family was going to die and she couldn't go through that again. A firefighter had to carry her out due to her state of panic. When she saw Vanessa, Juliet panicked again causing her to have to go to the hospital as well. When Bloom left for Alfea, Juliet was out buying things for her and Blooms college dorm. When Juliet got home she found out that Bloom had left from Mike and Vanessa, Bloom didn't even leave a note. When Juliet and Bloom run into each other at the old warehouse, Juliet soon discovers the Bloom wasn't in Switzerland but a school for fairy's and specialists.
